Select the
garments you want to print from the Garments section. The higher the quantity of goods you print,
the lower the cost for screenprinting. The minimum order for printing is 12 pieces of any one design, but you
can mix and match colors and styles, as long as you are using the same color(s)
of ink on each garment. If there is a
style youd like that you want but dont see here, please call us at 800-678-0380.We have lots of things to choose from but the
most basic items are listed in the garments section.
Step 2: Pick your printing and upload
your design
Once you
have the garments in your cart, go to the Screen Print section.Select the number of colors in your design
for example, if you are printing blue and yellow on a white shirt, select Two
Colors. The price will vary based on
the quantity.Higher quantity = lower
price per unit. The price will be
adjusted once you fill out the quantity field.
Youll see
that on the pages where you have selected your color quantities, there is a
field where you upload your design.Click Browse to find the file in your computer. Please make sure your design is a minimum of
300 dpi (dots per inch) and is scaled to be the size you want it on the
shirt. The largest it can be is 11
inches wide by 17 inches tall. Then upload it!
These steps
need to be completed for each part of the garment that is being printed. So for example, if you are printing blue and
yellow on the back but just blue on the front, you would have 12 2-color
impressions and 12 1-color impressions, and you would also upload each design
separately.In the Comments section,
please specify where the design is going e.g. left chest, right sleeve, full
front, full back.Make sense so far?Good.
Youll
notice that there is an additional Set-Up charge of $40 per color. That is for printing the film and burning the
screen.Its a one-time charge, so if
you decide to print more of the same design, you wont be charged the set-up
fee again.
Step 3: Do you need flash?
Flash is the
process of drying the ink when printing on a dark t-shirt.If you are printing a lighter color on a dark
shirt (or any color on a black shirt), you need to add flash. For example, you are printing light blue and
white on 12 red t-shirts.You would
select 2-color and type 12 in the Quantity field, but you would also select
flash and type 12 in the Quantity field.Again, do this for the front and
back.Bear with us, youre almost done!
Step 4: Check your cart and check out
Look at your
cart to confirm that youve entered everything correctly. If you have any questions, please call us at 800-678-0380.Then check out (and eagerly await your
freshly printed items)!
