    Returns (In-Store)

    You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Returns (Online)

    You have 7 calendar days to contact us for a return once the shipment has been recieved. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

     

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

    Exceptions

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

     

    Exchange (In-Store)

    We do offer in-store exchanges at this time. If you require a different size of the item, simply come in and exchange the item. Must come in within 7 Business Days!

    Exchange (Online)

    We only accept shipped exchanges if customer was able to contact Store via Email info@uniformitywear.net within 7 days of recieving shipment. Once you have contacted Uniformity, you must pay for your return and reshipment of new item. 

     

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel an order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to cover return cost and a Re-Shelving Charge. Refunds will not be issued unless the Product is returned back to Uniformity. Note* It can take up to 7-14 Business Days for Refunds to be Issued back onto a card. 

     

    Final Sale Items

    Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
